Terry spent his career building and securing infrastructure for organizations that couldn't afford to get it wrong, including deploying security systems in facilities around the world. As a systems engineer, he used his expertise to deploy infrastructure from the ground up, ensuring that backup and recovery operations were integrated right from the start. With a Business degree and a computer programming foundation, he brings the rare combination of technical discipline and business thinking to every client engagement.

Shelley brings one of the most unusually well-rounded backgrounds you'll find in a bookkeeping business. A Computer Science graduate with an MBA and a specialization in Computer Information Systems, she spent years embedded inside a Fortune 500 company's most sensitive operational systems: HR, Legal, Workers' Compensation, and financial services, ensuring audit compliance, data integrity, and security from the ground up.
She also holds a Master's in Instructional Design, which means she has a rare gift: she can take complex financial concepts and make them genuinely clear for busy business owners. She's done it for Fortune 500 companies and their dealer networks. Now she brings that same clarity to small and mid-size service businesses.
