Service Area
Two Geeks Bookkeeping is based in Loudon, Tennessee, serving local businesses in the Loudon County area and greater Knoxville region, as well as small businesses across the United States through secure remote bookkeeping services.
Supported Software
Two Geeks Bookkeeping works exclusively in QuickBooks Online (QBO). If your business isn't on QBO yet, no problem. We'll help you get set up and migrate your existing records so you're ready to go.
Pricing Model
We offer monthly retainer pricing for ongoing bookkeeping services, custom quoted to fit your business size and needs. One-time projects such as QBO setup and book cleanups are quoted on a per-project basis. Contact us for a free consultation and personalized quote.
Turnaround Times
Monthly books are typically delivered by the 10th of the following month. To meet this timeline, we ask that clients submit any outstanding receipts or documentation by the 3rd of each month. Because we work exclusively in QuickBooks Online with connected bank feeds, most of the process is streamlined — but timely client responses help us keep your books accurate and on schedule.
Policies
We require a 3-month minimum engagement for monthly bookkeeping services, allowing time to properly onboard your business and establish an accurate, reliable bookkeeping process. After the initial term, services continue month to month with 30 days written notice required to cancel. Retainer fees are non-refundable once work has begun for the billing period. Project-based services are non-refundable upon delivery.
Security Compliance
Security isn't a feature we added, it's how we think. With deep IT backgrounds, we've built our practice on tools with strong security credentials: QuickBooks Online for bookkeeping, Anchor for proposals and billing (AES-256 encryption, 2FA, US-based servers), and ClientHub for secure client communication. We require multi-factor authentication across all platforms and never transmit sensitive financial data over unsecured channels.
